Job summary

Best Buy Appleton is seeking a Seasonal Retail Sales Specialist for Meta products to help customers find the right solutions. You’ll engage buyers, understand needs, make recommendations and complete transactions to meet sales goals during the October 2026 to January 2027 window.

You’ll rely on training to deliver expert service, stay current on promotions, and support a positive shopping experience. 18+ and team-friendly environment required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team.
• Prior experience serving as a specialist in premium, luxury or complex technology solutions.
• 1 year of experience working with consumer electronics.

Job description

As a Retail Sales Specialist for our Meta products, you’ll engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences and budget while providing expert service and recommendations. You’ll maintain knowledge of Meta products through required trainings, certifications and self-development. In this role, you’ll make our customers feel excited, confident and appreciated by providing them with relevant and memorable solutions.

This is a seasonal role that is expected to take place from October 2026 through January 2027. It’s a great opportunity to get your foot in the door and be considered for future roles with Best Buy.
