Best Buy is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist in the Home Theater department at our Woodbury, MN location. You will engage customers, demonstrate products, and recommend solutions to fit their needs while representing Best Buy’s high standards of service.

You’ll receive training to become an expert on TVs and related products, with opportunities to develop product knowledge and help customers create optimal home theater setups.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience building complex solutions in sales, customer service or related fields.
• 1 year of experience selling in premium products, luxury brands and/or custom design environments.
• 1 year of experience in CRM

As a Retail Sales Specialist in our home theater department, you’ll engage with customers to learn their needs, provide excellent service, perform product demos and make helpful recommendations. We’ll provide the training you need to become an expert on TVs and related products, including specifications, features and benefits.
