Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist in the home theater department to engage customers, understand needs, perform product demos, and recommend solutions. You will receive training to become an expert on TVs and related products, including specs, features, and benefits.

This role emphasizes customer engagement, continuous product knowledge, and collaboration with the team to drive sales. Candidates should have at least 1 year in sales or customer service, with CRM experience preferred.

• 1 year of experience building complex solutions in sales, customer service or related fields.
• 1 year of experience selling premium products, luxury brands, and/or custom design environments.
• 1 year of experience in CRM
