Best Buy in Burnsville, MN is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist in the home theater department. You’ll learn customer needs, deliver outstanding service, perform product demos and recommend solutions that fit budgets and spaces.

You’ll receive training to become an expert on TVs and related products, including specs, features and benefits, with opportunities to grow through continuous learning and professional development. Excellent communication and a friendly, helpful attitude are valued.

As a Retail Sales Specialist in our home theater department, you’ll engage with customers to learn their needs, provide excellent service, perform product demos and make helpful recommendations. We’ll provide the training you need to become an expert on TVs and related products, including specifications, features and benefits.

What you’ll do

1 year of experience building complex solutions in sales, customer service or related fields

Preferred qualifications

• 1 year of experience selling in premium products, luxury brands and/or custom design environments
• 1 year of experience in customer relationship management (CRM)
