Job summary

Best Buy in Thousand Oaks, CA is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist for Hisense products. You’ll engage with customers to understand their needs, offer expert service and recommend solutions, while staying knowledgeable about our latest electronics.

You’ll complete transactions, support sales goals and work as part of a team to create exciting, confident experiences for customers. Prior experience with premium or complex tech and at least 1 year in consumer electronics is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior experience serving as a specialist in premium, luxury or complex technology solutions
• 1 year of experience working with consumer electronics

As a Retail Sales Specialist for our Hisense products, you’ll engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences and budget while providing expert service and recommendations. You’ll maintain knowledge of Hisense products through required trainings, certifications and self-development. In this role, you’ll make our customers feel excited, confident and appreciated by providing them with relevant and memorable solutions.
