Best Buy in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist for Hisense products. You will engage with customers to understand needs and budget while offering expert service and recommendations.

You’ll maintain knowledge through trainings and certifications and help customers feel excited and confident. Daily duties include assisting shoppers in the department, processing transactions, promoting promotions, and keeping merchandising organized.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior experience serving as a specialist in premium, luxury or complex technology solutions.
• 1 year of experience working with consumer electronics.

As a Retail Sales Specialist for our Hisense products, you’ll engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences and budget while providing expert service and recommendations. You’ll maintain knowledge of Hisense products through required trainings, certifications and self-development. In this role, you’ll make our customers feel excited, confident and appreciated by providing them with relevant and memorable solutions.
