Job summary

Spectrum is hiring a Retail Sales Specialist in Auburn, ME to be the face of our products and services. You will promote and sell our portfolio to existing and new customers, and you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer care in our stores.

The role offers base pay of $20.00/hour with commission opportunities up to $25.85/hour, plus perks like free and discounted internet, TV, and mobile. A High School Diploma is required; strong communication and math skills help you succeed

Qualifications

HS diploma or equivalent required.
Cash handling and accurate payment transactions.
Comfort with personal technology and basic computer use.
Strong written and spoken English for customer interactions.
Goal- and incentive-based environment.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced team setting.

Responsibilities

Promote and sell Spectrum products and services to customers.
Be the face of Spectrum and deliver exceptional customer care in-store.
Identify sales opportunities and educate customers to drive conversion.
Build positive relationships and communicate effectively in person, on the phone, and in writing.
Maintain knowledge of pricing, promotions and store visuals.
