Job summary

Best Buy in Columbus, OH is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist to assist customers with Dyson products, provide expert service, and drive sales. You will stay current on product knowledge through required trainings and certifications, and contribute to a positive shopping experience in-store.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 months in customer service or sales, enjoy teamwork, and can explain solutions to customers confidently and clearly. This role is on-site at Polaris.

As a Retail Sales Specialist for our Dyson products, you’ll engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences and budget while providing expert service and recommendations. You’ll maintain knowledge of Dyson products through required trainings, certifications and self-development. In this role, you’ll make our customers feel excited, confident and appreciated by providing them with relevant and memorable solutions.
