Best Buy in Minnesota is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist in the computers department to engage customers, understand needs, and provide expert recommendations. You’ll stay current on tech trends and products while supporting sales and profitability goals across the department.

You will assist customers, handle inquiries and returns professionally, and collaborate with teammates in a fast-paced setting. A flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays is expected.

As a Retail Sales Specialist in our computers department, you’ll engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget while providing expert advice and recommendations. We’ll provide you with the resources to maintain expertise on products in the department, including specifications, features and benefits. You’ll be responsible for delivering profitability by achieving revenue, margin, solutions and operational targets. You’ll also work closely with other sales floor employees to demonstrate, promote and sell products and services.
