As the face of Spectrum, you will promote and sell our Internet, TV, Mobile and Voice products to existing and new customers. You will drive sales, deliver outstanding customer care, and contribute to a welcoming store

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in cash handling and payments.
• Comfort with personal technology and mobile devices.
• Ability to read, write, speak English and multitask.
• Experience in sales/customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Spectrum products and services to existing and new customers.
• Enhance the customer experience and uphold exceptional customer care at every store location.
• Identify sales opportunities and educate customers to drive product adoption and upsell.
• Build positive relationships, listen effectively, and overcome objections while communicating value.
• Maintain knowledge of Spectrum products, pricing, promotions and standards to minimize losses.
