Job summary

Best Buy in Madison, WI is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist in our cameras department. You will greet customers, ask questions and provide product demonstrations to sell complete camera solutions.

You’ll work to hit revenue, margin, solution and operational targets with the training to become a camera expert that helps customers capture lifelong memories. You’ll assist customers in-store, over the phone and via online chat while staying current on promotions and vendor technology.

You’ll achieve individual and department goals by reaching revenue, margin, solution and operational targets. We’ll give you the training needed to become an expert on cameras that help customers capture lifelong memories.

Basic Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience serving as a specialist in premium, luxury or complex technology solutions
• 1 year of experience working with consumer electronics
