Job summary

Best Buy in Miami, FL is seeking a Sales Associate for the appliances department. You will engage with customers, complete transactions, and help drive growth while meeting sales goals.

Stay current on technology trends and products through ongoing learning and development. You’ll handle inquiries, complaints and returns professionally to ensure a positive shopping experience, prioritize tasks, maintain department merchandising, and assist in training fellow staff.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
• Experience selling premium products or luxury brands is a plus.
• CRM experience preferred.

1 year of experience building complex solutions in sales, customer service or related fields

Preferred qualifications

1 year of experience selling in premium products, luxury brands and/or custom design environments

1 year of experience in customer relationship management (CRM)
