Job summary

PR Running in Westborough, MA is seeking a friendly, outgoing part-time Sales Associate to help customers with footwear needs and gait analysis. Training will be provided to conduct gait analysis for runners, walkers, athletes and others, with a strong emphasis on exceptional customer service.

The role offers 15-25 hours per week, weekend availability, and store hours from 10am to 5pm. Pay is negotiable based on experience; shifts can be flexible and full gait-analysis training and POS system

Qualifications

• You must be able to listen carefully and help people of all ability levels with footwear needs.
• Training will be provided for gait analysis, but you should be comfortable engaging customers.
• Demonstrate compassion, care, and enthusiasm for running and fitness.

Responsibilities

• Establish floor flow and maintain store cleanliness to ensure top customer service.
• Check in shipments and enter inventory into our POS system.
• Contribute to our social media presence and brand image.
• Learn POS system quickly and manage customers and inventory.
• Evenings up to 6pm and weekends are required.

Runners, walkers and people with various foot problems visit PR Running for our expertise and superb customer service.We will train you to conduct a gait analysis for all types of people - runners, walkers, high school and college athletes and older folks who need help with their foot problems.You will spend the time and energy with each customer - learn their story and how YOU can help them. Our success is entirely based on the customer service we deliver - so the bar is set high!

The Position

Metrowest Specialty Run Store seeks friendly, outgoing person committed to customer service for a part time sales position.

You must be able to listen carefully and help people of all ability levels with their footwear needs. We will train you for gait analysis, but we are looking for someone who already understands how to work with people and is compassionate and caring.

15-25 Hours a week needed. Weekend availability is necessary (the store is closed on Sundays). Store hours 10am to 5pm most days. Shifts days and times can be flexible.Mothers and college students encouraged to apply.Flexibility of schedule can be accommodated.

Pay is negotiable as it relates to experience in roles/run specialty.

The Right Candidate

• *Have the ability to lift up to 20 pounds, climb up and down ladders, and be on your feet for an extended amount of time.

What You Will Do

• *Work with store manager to establish floor flow, cleanliness of store, and ensure the highest level of customer service every day.
• *Ability to check in shipments and enter inventory into our custom POS system.

• *Computer Literacy.
• *Ability to quickly learn POS system and manage customers and inventory within the system.
• *Nights up to 6pm and weekends required (currently closed on Sundays)
