Job summary

Staples in West Springfield, MA is seeking Sales Specialists to provide exceptional customer service, helping customers find total solutions in-store and via the kiosk. You’ll join a fun, team-oriented retail culture with immediate hiring and training.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service experience.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and speak to customers and understand their needs.

• Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner.
• Ability to lift/move materials in the 10-50 pound range, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously.
• Preferred but not required: experience selling products or services.
