Job summary

Spectrum is hiring a Retail Sales Specialist to promote and sell Spectrum products and services at our store locations. You’ll be the face of the brand, driving sales while delivering exceptional customer care and an engaging in-store experience.

Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, educating customers, and maintaining product knowledge. The role requires a flexible schedule, the ability to lift up to 35 lbs, and maintaining store standards to create a welcoming environment.

Required Qualifications

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Proficiency in cash handling and accurate payment transactions.
• High comfort level with personal technology, including mobile devices and video platforms and proficiency in computer applications.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and to prioritize, organize, manage multiple tasks and handle change effectively.
• Familiarity with goal- and incentive-based work environments.
• Strong performance in a fast-paced team environment.
• Effective communication with employees and customers in person, on the phone and in writing.
