Staples, Inc. is hiring Sales Specialists to deliver exceptional customer service in-store and via the kiosk. You’ll help customers find total solutions, learn products, and contribute to a fun, team-oriented retail culture.

Training is provided and hiring is immediate. Role includes working a flexible part-time schedule with opportunities for career growth, discounts on merchandise, a 401(k) with company match, and benefits such as dental and vision insurance.

• Help the Tech department achieve key metrics, including profitable sales
• Be flexible with responsibilities such as cashier, merchandising, returns, and other duties as assigned

Sales Specialists provide exceptional customer service in helping our customers find a total solution both in-store and through the kiosk. You’ll have our customers’ needs in mind as you provide solutions. You will also be collaborative and inclusive in helping our customers while being part of a fun, team-oriented retail culture. Play an active role in helping both your store and your customer win.

• Create a positive, inviting environment for customers as you learn their tech and overall needs

Essential skills and experience:

• Able to work a flexible schedule based on the store’s needs

• Strong customer service experience

• Demonstrated ability to engage and speak to customers and understand their needs

• Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a high paced and sometimes stressful environment

• Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner

• Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information

• Ability to lift/move materials in the 10 - 50 pound range, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously

• Preferred but not required: experience selling products or services
