Job summary

Staples, Inc. in Bethlehem, PA is hiring Sales Specialists to deliver outstanding customer service and total-store solutions. You will assist customers on the floor and via the kiosk, while supporting the Tech department and daily store operations.

Sales Specialists provide exceptional customer service in helping our customers find a total solution both in-store and through the kiosk. • Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner
• Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
• Ability to lift/move materials in the 10 - 50 pound range, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously
