Dry Goods is seeking a Sales Support team member in Illinois to enhance the customer experience and complete sales with care. You will greet customers, process POS transactions, assist callers, unpack stock, wrap gifts, and keep displays tidy in a fast-paced fashion environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred
• Retail experience a plus

• Own the customer experience – greet people sincerely, be friendly and thank every customer
• Ring POS transactions and key account information
• Answer telephone and assist callers
• Unpack and display stock
• Wrap and bag merchandise
• Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts
