Macy's is seeking a Retail Selling Flex Colleague to blend personalized selling with hospitality, turning every visit into a memorable moment. You’ll understand customer needs, recommend products, and connect them with services on the floor or in the fitting room.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English
• Comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand needs, offering personalized recommendations and connecting them with right products and services
• Keep sales floor and fitting rooms clean, organized, and inviting
• Aim to achieve selling goals through customer engagement and smart selling behaviors
• Build relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat visits; drive performance
• Assist with transactions, loyalty programs, and credit applications
• Support merchandise moves and price/sign updates as needed
• Finish shifts by highlighting loyalty benefits and thanking customers by name
• Collaborate with team to deliver excellent customer service and store results
