Role Overview

Dealer Tire is searching for a Retail Tire Sales Representative to work inside a premium OEM automotive dealership, representing Dealer Tire as the go‑to tire expert. After completing a comprehensive, fully paid training program, you will engage customers on the service drive, sell tires to exceed assigned goals, perform quick tire inspections, identify and explain tire‑related issues, recommend service and quoting prices, maintain strong relationships, and support store operations such as inventory, opening/closing, and reporting.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay Range: $28.34 – $30.85 per hour
Targeted Annual Commission: $13,200
Commission during Onboarding: Guaranteed for up to 2 months
