Aura Innovations is seeking entry-level Retail Sales Representatives to join our LeafFilter retail team. You will help homeowners choose the right gutter protection solution and guide them through the purchase with friendly, informative service.

Training is provided, with opportunities to grow into higher sales roles; you will meet or exceed store goals while maintaining a clean, well-presented storefront and staying up to date on current promotions and installation options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus—but not required.
• Strong communication and people skills.
