Job summary

CROSSMARK is hiring a Retail Sales Representative to promote Ferrero products in convenience stores across our territory. You will drive shelf presence, build displays, and cultivate strong relationships with store management to ensure optimal product visibility and sales.

The role emphasizes independence, reliability, and the ability to travel between multiple stores, with training and performance incentives provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be comfortable using a smart device.
• Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism.
• Physical ability to regularly lift 25lbs and occasionally up to 50lbs.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple stores in a territory.
• Must be willing to transport required materials.
• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
