Kramer Beverage is South Jersey’s largest beer and alcoholic beverage wholesaler. We service casinos, restaurants, bars, and liquor stores with top brands.

The Retail Sales Representative will secure and maintain priority brands in assigned accounts, selling, distributing, and merchandising to meet Kramer’s standards. The role offers a base salary with performance bonuses, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred, or 2 years field experience.
• Customer Service and Sales experience.
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

Responsibilities

• Sell and provide high quality service to accounts assigned.
• Execute weekly account calls.
• Attend periodic special events (Weekdays and Weekends).
• Execute monthly Retail Account Standards.
• Execute Quality Assurance Standards.
• Develop trusting working relationships with suppliers to enhance Kramer Beverage’s reputation.
• Embody and promote the Kramer Fundamentals.

Kramer Beverage is looking for a dynamic individual who can secure and maintain priority brand/packages in assigned accounts. Take ownership of selling, distributing, marketing and merchandising in assigned accounts, while ensuring accounts meet Kramer Beverage’s standards of Quality at Retail.

Duties:

• Sell and provide high quality service to accounts assigned.
• Execute weekly account calls
• Attend periodic special events (Weekdays and Weekends)
• Execute monthly Retail Account Standards.
• Execute Quality Assurance Standards
• Develop trusting working relationships with suppliers to enhance Kramer Beverage’s reputation as New Jersey’s first choice wholesaler.
• Embody and promote the Kramer Fundamentals.

Compensation:

• Pay: Base salary range of 30-40K
• Monthly Revenue Bonus; Monthly Retail Standard bonus; Monthly Incentives;car allowance
• Paid time off (holidays & vacation)
• Excellent benefits including medical, dental, and vision
• 401(k) with company match and profit sharing
