Ashley / Factory Direct Enterprises is seeking energetic, relationship-driven sales professionals to join our New Jersey stores. You will build genuine guest relationships, understand needs and budget, and guide guests from discovery to purchase with outstanding service.

Start at $25/hour or commission with paid training; progress to uncapped commission plus bonus as a Trusted Advisor. Top performers can earn $170,000+ annually and advance to Premier or President levels.

HOW YOU'LL EARN + GROW

• Pay: $25/hour or Commission
• Paid professional training focused on product knowledge, selling skills, technology, guest experience, financing, protection, coaching, activity standards, and certification.
• Pay: $22/hour or Commission/Bonus
• Put training into action, develop a guest pipeline, create appointments, strengthen selling skills, and earn HFA bonuses tied to performance.

EARN — Week 17+

• Pay: Graduate to Trusted Advisor: uncapped commission + bonus
• Graduate into the full plan. At baseline KPI performance, earnings are approximately $28/hour equivalent. Top performers can earn $170,000+ annually, with additional Premier, President, recognition, and leadership opportunities.

SCHEDULE + ROLE REQUIREMENTS

This is a full-time retail sales role. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and eligible holidays is required based on business needs. Consistent attendance, participation in training and coaching, use of company technology, prospecting activity, and progress toward sales and performance expectations are essential to success.
