American Residential Services (ARS) is seeking an In-Store Sales Representative and Lead Generator to promote HVAC services inside partner retail stores in Memphis, TN. You will engage shoppers, explain options, and schedule in-home consultations or tune-ups with technicians and advisors.

This in-store role offers hourly pay with uncapped commission, paid training, and a clear career path into HVAC Sales Advisor roles. Weekend/holiday availability and reliable transportation are required.

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Act as a retail Brand-Ambassador, representing ARS with professionalism and enthusiasm.

• Lead-Generator and Appointment Setter, scheduling in-home consultations and tune ups with service technicians and comfort advisors.
• Note: role is in-store only, not door-to-door; face-to-face sales experience is a plus.

• Serve as a Promotions Specialist explaining service options, system upgrades, and comfort improvements
• Function as a Lead-Generator and Appointment Setter, scheduling in-home consultation and tune ups with service technicians and comfort advisors
• Note: this role is not door-to-door, as you will be working exclusively in our partner stores. Face-to-face sales experience is a huge plus.
