Job summary

Comcast is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate for our Portland, OR store. You will engage customers, explain product features, and deliver exceptional service to drive satisfaction and sales.

You will work to meet targets, assist with account questions, and represent the Comcast/Xfinity brand while building product knowledge and contributing to a welcoming, high-energy store environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule to meet store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Ability to lift and move 25-pound boxes and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with enthusiasm, demonstrate and explain product features.
• Provide outstanding customer service with all interactions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and follow up for service excellence.
• Help customers interpret and pay bills in the store.
• Answer questions on services, process account changes, upgrade levels.
