Job summary

United Pacific is seeking a Sales Associate who supports store operations, delivers friendly customer service, and helps maintain a safe, profitable environment. You will handle daily cash, assist with stock, lighting, and fixtures, and report to the Store Manager under company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written.
• Ability to work alone in the store for extended periods of time.
• Must provide proof of authorization to work in the United States if hired.
• Able to work irregular shifts, including weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
• Stand and/or walk for at least 8 hours.
• Physically able to lift, push, pull a minimum of 20 lbs.
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 20 pounds overhead for stocking/maintaining inventory.
• Occasionally climb a ladder to store/retrieve materials and signage.
• Most work indoors with some outdoor periods.

Responsibilities

• Daily cash handling.
• Lighting/fixtures cleaning and maintenance.
• Ensure security of inventory and currency to prevent theft and shrinkage.
• Learn to operate a cash register, computer console, and related equipment.
• Report to Store Manager and follow company policies.
