Job summary
Sun Tan City is hiring for a role at our Iowa Waterloo location. Earn up to $15.00/hr with base pay starting at $11.00/hr plus performance bonuses. Qualifications
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to engage with diverse clients professionally.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by meeting clients' needs professionally.
- Engage with clients, build relationships and understand their needs.
- Make recommendations for products and services to clients.
- Maintain minimum sales requirements and contribute to a fast-paced salon environment.
- Multi-task by cleaning beds between clients and welcoming new clients.
- Help maintain cleanliness of tanning rooms, lobby, restrooms, laundry and storage areas.
- Collaborate with team while following company policies and procedures.
