Wild Bill’s Tobacco, a nationwide tobacco and vape retailer with over 200 locations, is looking for a friendly, energetic Retail Sales Associate in Michigan. You’ll greet customers, answer questions, suggest products, and help maintain a clean, well-stocked store while meeting sales goals.

We value internal promotion and offer flexible scheduling, health benefits for full-time staff after 60 days, store discounts, and opportunities for growth and recognition within a dynamic retail team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 21 years or older required.
• Retail and customer service experience preferred.
• Professional, energetic and positive attitude.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent service.
• Answer questions and resolve inquiries.
• Suggest products and build relationships with customers.
• Meet or exceed sales goals.
• Gain product knowledge to become expert.
• Promote the brand through in-store marketing efforts.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Open/close the store and handle cash and deposits as needed.
• Work 4–12 hour shifts standing on the sales floor.
• Occasionally travel within a 15-mile radius for coverage.
