Job summary

EXPRESS Treasure Coast Square in Jensen Beach, FL is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to provide a great in-store shopping experience for customers and assist with stocking and cleaning. You will process transactions, explain loyalty benefits and support product launches per SOP.

The role requires 0-2 years of retail experience, high school or equivalent education, and availability including nights and weekends. Part-time opportunities with benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or Equivalent.
• 0-2 years of relevant job experience (minimum 6 months).
• Proficient in use of technology (iPad, registers).
• Meets defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends and non-business hours.
• Meets physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room.
• Follow company policies and procedures for safety.
• Assist with product launches per SOP.
• Provide a great customer experience.
• Deliver on all aspects of the customer experience model.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately.
• Resolve customer service issues and communicate resolutions to management.
• Drive credit and loyalty programs by explaining benefits.
• Other essential functions as directed by supervisor.
