Job summary

Spectrum in Maine is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Specialist to be the face of our brand. You will promote Spectrum Internet, TV, Mobile and Voice to existing and new customers, helping them choose the best solutions for their needs and delivering a positive buying experience.

You will support store operations, meet sales goals, handle transactions, and stay up to date on pricing and promotions, while providing outstanding customer care and representing Spectrum’s values at every interaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-5 years of sales/customer service experience.
• 1-3 years of telecommunications/wireless experience.
• Ability to read, write and understand English and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Spectrum products and services to customers.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries.
• Handle transactions accurately and maintain in-store standards.
• Keep knowledge of pricing, promotions, and policies up to date.
