Luna Wireless is hiring Retail Sales Representatives (RSR) to join a fast-paced team at our T-Mobile store. You will deliver a world-class customer experience, demonstrate devices and services, and build lasting relationships with customers in a dynamic retail environment.

We offer base pay plus commission, full- and part-time roles, and opportunities for advancement. Bilingual Spanish is encouraged but not required. Join us to grow with a leader in wireless retail.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Builds proficiency related to serving and selling to our customers, while providing a world-class customer experience and building loyalty by:
• Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online or in-store.
• Exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
• Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond basic devices and service plans.
