Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer experiences, learning piercing procedures, upselling accessories, and representing the Claire’s brand with trend-aware product recommendations.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience, ideally with leadership or sales-driving responsibility.

• You’re social and digital savvy, with an eye for trends and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the Sales Game: deliver next-level customer experiences, upsell must-have accessories, and drive revenue.
• Piercing Excellence: train and guide customers, conduct piercings, educate on aftercare, maintain a sterile environment.
• Keep It Fresh: maintain store displays and organized inventory for easy shopping.
• Team Collaboration: support Store Manager by motivating the team and sharing sales tips.
• Brand Representation: showcase Claire's products and stay aligned with fashion trends.
• Store Operations: oversee inventory, cash handling, merchandising, and promotions.
• Create Shareable Moments: encourage customers to post Claire’s haul on social media.
