Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and receive, open and unpack cartons and totes; store merchandise in stock room or move to sales floor.
• Build and stock merchandise displays; rotate and face items on shelves.
• Restock recovered merchandise and assist customers in locating items.
• Bail cardboard, take out trash, dust, mop floors, and clean restrooms and stockrooms.
• Greet customers and comply with company policies and procedures.
• Operate the cash register, itemize and total purchases, and bag merchandise; collect payment and make change.
• Assist with ordering merchandise using hand-held scanners as needed.
• Clean front end and help setup sidewalk displays when necessary.
