Job summary

Dollar General is seeking a store team member to be the main contact for customers, set and maintain plan-o-grams, stock shelves, and ensure a clean, organized store environment. Responsibilities include unloading trucks, building displays, and assisting customers with locating merchandise.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interpret plan-o-grams and merchandising guidance.
• Basic math and cash-handling knowledge.
• Experience with POS cash registers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and stock merchandise on shelves.
• Assist customers in locating items and answering questions.
• Operate cash register, process payments and bag purchases.
• Build and maintain merch displays and set up sidewalk displays when needed.
• Follow store policies and maintain clean, safe store environment.
