Job summary

Dollar General is seeking store team members to serve customers, stock shelves, and maintain displays. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the register, and help keep the store clean and organized.

Experience with cash handling and basic math is helpful. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. This role involves walking, lifting up to 40 pounds, and standing for long periods.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and stock merchandise in the store.
• Build and stock merchandise displays; rotate items to keep shelves fresh.
• Greet customers and assist in locating merchandise.
• Operate cash register and hand-held scanner to complete sales and bag items.
• Collect payment and provide change; help with order replenishment as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, restrooms, and stockroom.
