Job summary

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and move merchandise to stock areas.
• Receive, open and unpack cartons; store merchandise or stock floor.
• Build and set up merchandise displays.
• Stock, rotate and face products on shelves.
• Restock recovered merchandise as needed.
• Assist customers by locating merchandise on the floor.
• Bail cardboard, take out trash; dust and mop store floors; clean restrooms and stockroom.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.
• Greet customers and provide service.
• Operate cash register and flatbed scanner; bag items and collect payment.
• Assist with ordering merchandise using handheld scanners.
• Clean front end of store and help with sidewalk displays.
