CROSSMARK is hiring a Retail Sales & Merchandising Representative in Charlotte, NC. This part-time role focuses on promoting nationally distributed products in convenience and retail stores, building relationships with store staff, and driving planogram compliance.

You’ll work daytime shifts with no evenings or weekends and may travel within a territory. Join CROSSMARK to gain shelf placements, stock shelves, and create engaging product displays while earning competitive weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Comfortable using a smart device.
• Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism.
• Physical ability to lift 25lbs regularly and up to 50lbs occasionally.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple stores in a territory.
• Willing to transport required materials.
• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
