Responsibilities

Unload trucks.
Receive, open and unpack cartons; store merchandise in stock room or move to sales floor.
Build merchandise displays.
Stock merchandise; rotate and face shelves.
Restock recovered merchandise.
Assist customers by locating merchandise.
Tidy store; dust, mop floors; clean restroom and stockroom.
Greet customers; comply with company policies.
Operate cash register and scanner; total purchases; bag merchandise.
Take payments and give change.
Assist with ordering merchandise using handheld scanners.
Clean front end and set up sidewalk displays when needed.
