Qualifications

• Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks.
• Receive, open and unpack cartons and totes; stock merchandise in stock room or move to sales floor.
• Build merchandise displays.
• Stock merchandise; rotate and face items on shelves.
• Restock recovered merchandise.
• Assist customers by locating merchandise.
• Greet customers and assist at the checkout area.
• Operate cash register and flatbed scanner; itemize and total purchases.
• Collect payment and make change.
• Assist with ordering merchandise using handheld scanners.
• Clean front end of store and help with sidewalk displays.
