Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking an in-store merchandising associate in California to support retailers and shoppers. You will build displays, reset shelves with product rotation, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided; weekend work is not required, and there are opportunities for advancement and early wage access.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
• Willing to independently travel locally within assigned territory
• No prior experience required; training provided
