Job summary

Advantage Solutions is hiring an in-store merchandising associate to support retailers by building displays, end caps, and rotating stock to optimize sales. You will track inventory, travel within your territory, and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs. Training is provided and growth opportunities are available.

Competitive pay at $20 per hour with early start times, potential for additional hours, and benefits options; no prior experience required.

Qualifications

• You must be 18 years or older.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work.
• Must have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle; local travel.
• Able to use a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers, building displays and end caps and resetting shelves with product rotation.
• Track inventory to ensure stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for shifts.
• Travel locally within the assigned territory to support multiple locations.
