Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking individuals to support in-store merchandising. You will build displays, reset shelves, and rotate products while ensuring accurate stock and layout. Roles require lifting up to 50 lbs and reliable transportation to travel within your territory.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided, with early start times and opportunities for growth across brands and retailers.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to perform physical work including standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Willing to travel locally within assigned territory.
• Ability to record work using a smartphone or tablet after each shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers' needs.
• Build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation.
• Track inventory to maximize store and supplier opportunities.
• Participate in local territory coverage as assigned.
