Advantage Solutions is hiring for an in-store merchandising role in Chesapeake, VA. You will support retailers by building displays, resetting shelves, and rotating stock to drive sales. Youfll track inventory and collaborate with store teams to optimize opportunities.

The position emphasizes reliable local travel, wearing comfortable attire, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Training is provided; evenings/weekends are avoided whenever possible.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Reliable vehicle and valid drivers license.
• Willing to travel locally within your assigned territory.
• Able to use a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift.
