Evercrest Group is hiring for an Entry-Level Retail Sales & Marketing Associate in Las Vegas. This in-person role focuses on retail sales, customer engagement, and promotional marketing, working directly with customers to understand needs and connect them with solutions that fit their household.

You will support a Spectrum telecommunications campaign, gain hands-on experience in sales, customer acquisition, marketing, and relationship building, and receive ongoing coaching to strengthen

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, retail, customer service or marketing is preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Outgoing, confident and professional demeanor with ability to build rapport.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers in a retail environment.
• Provide a positive, professional customer experience.
• Educate customers on products, services, features, pricing, and promotions.
• Support sales and marketing initiatives for telecommunications services, including Spectrum.
• Ask questions to understand customer needs and recommend solutions.
