Michaels in Lancaster, PA is seeking a Store Lead to coach a team of framers and drive compelling custom framing solutions. You will focus on building customer relationships, delivering on-time framing projects, and guiding sales through hands-on coaching.
The role requires strong leadership, experience in retail management or framing sales, and the ability to manage workloads, inventory, and safety programs. Nights, weekends, and early mornings may be required.
