Job summary

CarMax is offering a Sales Manager Trainee program designed to prepare you for a future Sales Manager role. Over six to nine months, you will gain hands-on experience through in-store learning and business rotations, working with experienced managers and sales consultants to develop leadership and sales skills.

You will lead a commissioned sales team, collaborate across store leadership, and build tailored development plans while focusing on exceptional customer experiences and strong sales

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of management experience.
• Experience in a sales-driven environment with strong performance results.
• Ability to execute long- and short-term sales strategies effectively.
