Responsibilities

• Monitor and track the status of trucks and shipments to ensure timely deliveries.
• Schedule and manage appointments for pickups and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of shipping activities and logistics data.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, vendors, and warehouse staff.
• Prepare reports for the logistics department.
• Perform basic administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
• Respond to inquiries from customers and internal teams regarding shipping status and logistics.
