Harbor Freight Tools is seeking a Supervisor in Crest Hill, IL to lead a high-performing team and be empowered to excel in retail operations. The role offers a $20.00 per hour wage with eligibility for a monthly bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package for Associates and their families.

You will supervise store operations, coach staff, and maintain safety and organization while delivering professional customer service during extended hours (6am–10pm).

Responsibilities

• Ensure and model professional customer service
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store
• Cross-train in all areas of store operations including Stocking/Sales associate duties, and responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and develop others
• Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled
• Other duties as assigned
