Qualifications

• Ability to stand during shifts and lift 25–75 lbs.

• Team Support & Sales Coaching: Work with the Store Manager to train and motivate team members to achieve sales goals.
• Trend‑Driven Brand Representation: Showcase Claire's products with enthusiasm and translate fashion trends into product recommendations.
